四海楼是位于长崎市区天主堂隔壁不远处一家知名的拉面店，营业到晚上0点才关门，21点后进餐需要额外加收10[%]的夜晚服务费，店内主打什锦汤面还有灌汤拌干面，都是那种熬成类似勾芡状态的高汤，里面有蔬菜、虾等配料，浇灌配面一起吃的，这个汤头的味道真心挺咸的，吃起来比较厚，所以菜单看着比较美丽，实际吃的时候没那么理想，建议大家汤就不要喝太多了，不然晚上吃了会一直想喝水。我点的是干脆面配高汤，就是比较稠的食物、高汤浇灌在面上的，汤是热的，面还是干脆的，混合着一起吃，因为味道太咸了，所以剩下了一些没有吃完。煎饺可以沾酱油或者辣味，味道还蛮不错的，一份价格约20元也不贵，温泉溏心蛋一个月6元人民币。我是晚上来吃的，10[%]增价服务费+8[%]的税也不便宜，一个人吃了70多元，性价比一般般。
